What a fantastic experience we’ve had this year! Year 6 is amazing! Even though SATS seems very hard and frustrating, the tests are actually quite fun. After SATS, a lot of opportunities are presented to you, like projects and leavers trips. Tomorrow, we are going bowling and some of us have just come back from PGL. We have lots of memorable moments, all of them being fun and exciting. Our teachers are very supportive, especially during SATS.
We have lots of memories, a lot of them being projects and trips. Our favourite project was Gamelan. We learnt how to play Indonesian instruments as well as performing a dance based on Indonesian story called Malin Kundang ; the perfidious son. Another project we did was Macbeth, we performed it yesterday. The imperial war museum was really fun as well, we watched videos, smelt things and dressed up in army uniforms! Some year 6 girls even got to do some engineering, it was a wonderful experience!
On Friday, we are leaving this school. We are all really upset to leave all our teachers. A word of advice for anyone in year 5, moving on to year 6, never worry, try your best and always have fun.
